Remote Recruiter for Sales Consulting Firm

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, full‑time Remote Recruiter to own and accelerate the hiring pipeline for a fast‑growing sales consulting company. You will work with multiple clients, leveraging AI‑driven tools and HubSpot to ensure top sales talent moves quickly from application to interview.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct first‑round group and one‑on‑one interviews.
• Manage candidate flow from application through client interview, keeping pipelines up‑to‑date in HubSpot.
• Review AI‑generated candidate scores and advance qualified talent.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment speed, efficiency and candidate experience.
• Reach out promptly to high‑priority candidates to secure strong talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate next steps.
• Present vetted candidates to clients and provide feedback on fit.
• Maintain accurate records, notes and status updates across all systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or staffing.
• Proven ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates independently.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, multi‑client environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to solve problems without constant direction.
