About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery, on‑time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress, keeping teams aligned with timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to guarantee satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
