Remote Mobile Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking mobile‑focused software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers who prefer flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level, or senior.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
