Remote Legal Case Manager – Personal Injury

About the role
We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Legal Case Manager to own personal injury matters from intake through settlement. The role is fully remote and supports U.S. law firms, handling all phases of case development and negotiation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake analysis, assess liability, insurance coverage, and damages, and define the initial case strategy.
- Own and manage cases throughout the lifecycle, including treatment review, demand preparation, negotiation, and settlement.
- Evaluate case strengths and weaknesses, identify evidentiary gaps, and anticipate defense arguments.
- Analyze medical records, injury severity, and treatment history to craft compelling narratives and justify damages.
Required profile
- B2/C1 level English proficiency.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with U.S. law firms.
- At least 1 year handling personal injury cases.
- Experience supporting litigation cases.
