Remote Inbound Sales Representative (LATAM)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out for cremation services. You will guide them with clarity and compassion, handling warm inbound leads from the initial contact through to closing the sale.

Key responsibilities

• Own warm inbound leads end‑to‑end, using Meadow’s consultative playbook.
• Explain cremation options clearly and help families make confident decisions, often in a single conversation.
• Maintain a disciplined follow‑up rhythm across phone, text, and email to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
• Achieve revenue targets while preserving high close rates and quality scores.
• Navigate Meadow’s tech stack, including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and the case‑management system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; confident, empathetic communicator.
• Self‑driven, emotionally steady, highly coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Home office that meets Meadow’s technical requirements.
• Bonus: experience in high‑trust categories (insurance, healthcare, travel) and Spanish fluency.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho).
• Aircall.
• Google Workspace (GSuite).
• Slack.
