About the role

Join a dedicated online teaching company as a Remote ESL Teacher, delivering adult English lessons to learners across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America. Enjoy a stable income with up to 30 guaranteed teaching hours each week and all instructional materials provided.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, one‑to‑one or small‑group ESL lessons for adult students.
• Follow the curriculum and teaching resources supplied by the company.
• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and track lesson hours.
• Utilise the Inspire Academy platform for ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Accredited 120‑hour+ TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certification.
• Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Native English speaker from the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand.
• Currently residing in Central/South America or South‑East Asia.
• Clear criminal record and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Computer with Intel i5 CPU (2.0 GHz+) and 8 GB RAM.
• High‑speed internet connection (20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable.
• Noise‑cancelling headset and HD webcam.
• UPS backup power (4‑5 hour capacity) for regions with interruptions.
• Quiet, well‑lit teaching environment.
