Remote Economics Teacher for AI Training (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced postsecondary economics instructors to help shape AI systems that reason about economic concepts. This fully remote, task‑based contract lets you work on your own schedule while applying your classroom expertise to cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review economics questions and scenarios used to train and evaluate AI models.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity, and depth of AI‑generated economics content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve economic reasoning in model outputs.
• Apply real‑world teaching experience to validate concepts, identify gaps, and catch edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously without scheduled meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑time teaching economics at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics.
• Ability to clearly articulate and evaluate economic reasoning in written form.
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering actionable feedback.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working on task‑based projects.

• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI content evaluation workflows.
