Remote DTC Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, data‑driven DTC Creative Strategist to join our fully remote, multicultural team. You will design and execute innovative social‑media ad campaigns for our international clients, ensuring maximum ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh angles and strategies for high‑performing TikTok and Meta video ads.
• Lead the creative production process, including copywriting, scriptwriting, and brief creation.
• Analyze ad account performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with and mentor a team of editors and designers.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, presenting concepts and results.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in online advertising, specifically video ads for DTC brands.
• Background in a performance‑marketing or creative agency, or in‑house brand role.
• Strong understanding of the creative and production workflow.
• Proven ability to analyze ad accounts and deliver data‑backed recommendations.
• Experience in client‑facing and team‑leadership roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for out‑of‑the‑box ideas.
