Remote Drywall Estimator (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Drywall Estimator to join a fast‑growing interior‑finishes contractor based in Arizona. Working fully remotely from LATAM, you will own the entire takeoff and estimating lifecycle, turning plans into accurate bid packages that support the company’s expanding project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from residential and commercial blueprints for drywall, painting, metal framing, acoustic ceilings and occasional flooring.
• Review specifications, plans and addendums, flag discrepancies, and independently manage RFIs and submittals.
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages and proposals aligned with US market pricing.
• Maintain an organized estimating pipeline to ensure no bidding opportunities are missed.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor outreach, solicit quotes, compile pricing and clarify scopes of work.
• Collaborate closely with the business owner to handle day‑to‑day estimating workflow with minimal prompting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.
• 2–3+ years of proven estimating experience on US construction projects.
• Deep familiarity with US construction standards, blueprints, building codes and terminology specific to drywall, paint and interior framing.
• Strong project‑management mindset and ability to independently drive the RFI and bidding processes.
