Remote Customer Support Representative – E‑commerce

About the role

LifeSupplyUSA is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to manage the day‑to‑day customer experience across its Amazon, Walmart and Shopify channels. You will be the first point of contact, handling each case from initial inquiry through resolution while protecting the brand and marketplace account health.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, Amazon and Walmart marketplace messaging, and Shopify within defined response‑time targets.
• Own each case end‑to‑end, including proactive follow‑up on shipping, tracking, lost‑package and delivery‑exception issues.
• Process returns, replacements, refunds and address fulfillment errors, coordinating with warehouse and operations teams.
• Handle carrier claims (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and escalations for complex or at‑risk accounts.
• Monitor and respond to reviews and seller feedback on Amazon, Walmart and Trustpilot, and flag policy‑violating or inaccurate listings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow SOPs and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major marketplace, Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred.
• Excellent written English with a professional, customer‑first tone.
• Strong organization, independent remote work capability and availability for a brief daily check‑in.
• Comfort using help‑desk or ticketing tools and basic spreadsheet applications.
