Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction is professional and positive across email, chat, and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support or management when needed.
• Provide clear product or service information to customers.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, support, or a client‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
