Remote Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for experienced, bilingual customer service professionals to join our remote team. You will handle multi‑channel support, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure a high‑quality experience for customers of North American companies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support via phone, email, live chat, and social media, delivering timely and professional responses.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, manage escalations, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process account changes using CRM/helpdesk platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or Intercom.
• Develop deep product and service knowledge to offer accurate guidance and proactive recommendations.
• Document interactions, identify recurring issues, and supply actionable feedback for process improvement.
• Support additional tasks such as order processing, returns management, knowledge‑base maintenance, or quality‑assurance initiatives as required by the client.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or client‑facing roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of customer service best practices and support workflows.
