About the role
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join Dinotech’s international support team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering prompt and effective assistance through email and live‑chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and live chat.
- Use internal tools to track, manage, and take ownership of customer cases.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and solve complex queries.
- Work closely with a diverse, international team to ensure consistent service quality.
Required profile
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Team‑player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a desire to learn and grow.
