Remote Contract Attorney – Transactional Law

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Attorney to provide transactional legal support for a technology platform operating in the gig economy. The position is fully remote and will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts such as service agreements, terms of service, and vendor contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms with counterparties, balancing business objectives and legal protections.
• Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contract execution and performance.
• Maintain organized contract records, track key dates, renewal terms, and obligations.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in good standing with experience in transactional law, preferably in technology or commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract formation, interpretation, and enforcement principles.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Ability to analyze complex legal and business issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
