Remote Backend Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this asynchronous, project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
