Relationship Developer & Market Researcher

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate who is passionate about finance to join our team as a Relationship Developer & Market Researcher. You will work within a centralized team, building relationships with senior buy‑side professionals and gathering insights that give our clients a competitive edge.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, schedule and conduct virtual or phone interviews with professionals from financial institutions and large corporations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with interviewees, representing Coalition Greenwich during each interaction.
• Enter interview data into the central Greenwich Salesforce CRM and manage the database.
• Research and update new information to keep the CRM current.
• Support marketing strategies by providing high‑quality insights for global consulting studies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Relations or related fields).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for financial markets and analytical thinking.
• Proactive attitude, high attention to detail and ability to work in a hybrid mode from Vicente López.
