About the role
Marsh is looking for a talented individual to join its team as a Reinsurance Broker, based in Argentina. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the Buenos Aires office.
Key responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, build relationships with insurance companies and win new accounts
- Analyze technical conditions requested (sum insured, exposure, loss ratio)
- Define placement strategy, prepare submissions and negotiate with reinsurers
- Review terms and conditions and formalize documentation such as coverage notes
Required profile
- Economic or administrative degree, or a graduate degree; two years of experience as a reinsurance broker or insurance broker
- Intermediate English (B1-B2)
- Preferred: communication, negotiation, proactivity, organization and customer service
Required skills
- Excel, including knowledge of dynamic tables
