Recruiting Coordinator – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support high‑volume interview scheduling across LATAM time zones. You will act as the central hub for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule phone screens, panel and final interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage frequent changes, rescheduling and last‑minute updates while keeping all parties aligned.
• Prepare and send interview confirmations, calendar invites, logistics details and reminders.
• Communicate clearly with candidates in English via email and chat tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate status and scheduling data in ATSTrack workflows.
• Partner with recruiters and sourcers to unblock pipeline movement.
• Own offer‑letter generation, distribution and candidate acceptance tracking.
• Support onboarding documentation and ensure clean data in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator or similar high‑volume scheduling role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast‑changing workload with high responsiveness.
• Professional composure under pressure and excellent follow‑through.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., ATSTrack).
