Recruiter – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring across multiple business lines in the LATAM region. The role is fully remote and will work Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM CST, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an inclusive and efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 30‑50 active requisitions and support 2‑3 client accounts simultaneously.
• Maintain a hiring cadence of 10+ candidate starts per week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
• Source, screen and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide an exceptional experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics, reporting and continuous process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume or operational hiring.
• Proven ability to source candidates through job boards, social media and other channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
