Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Partner One Capital is seeking a proactive recruiter to lead all talent acquisition initiatives for its portfolio of fast‑growing software companies. You will partner with hiring managers across departments to define ideal candidate profiles and drive the end‑to‑end hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for all positions.
• Collaborate with managers to refine job requirements and update postings.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, social media, and headhunting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting services.
• Conduct background and reference checks, negotiate offers, and prepare employment documentation.
• Maintain candidate communication to ensure a positive employer brand.
• Track new‑hire data to inform future workforce planning.
• Assist employees with HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries and stay current on Canada and US payroll regulations.
• Provide administrative support to executive leadership and contribute to ad‑hoc HR projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or software.
• Demonstrated experience hiring technical roles and managing global hires.
• Detail‑oriented, initiative‑driven, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Strong time‑management, organization, and communication skills.
• Professional maturity and ability to navigate sensitive situations.
