About the role
The Record to Report Accounting Junior Analyst supports the GL Team Lead in daily general ledger operations, including bank and account reconciliations, journal posting, and financial reporting. This position offers hands‑on experience working with experienced professionals in a global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
- Receive, review, and post journal entries from local teams and other business units.
- Answer inquiries from leaders and local entities with a focus on customer experience.
- Maintain organized, up‑to‑date financial records and documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to new projects.
- Prepare and update desktop procedures at least twice a year.
Required profile
- Student in 3rd or 4th year of Public Accounting or Business Administration.
- Intermediate to advanced English and mandatory Spanish proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Digital mindset for systems automation and connectivity.
