Receptionist (Part-Time, Float Shift)

About the role

Del Rosa Villa is looking for a friendly, reliable part‑time Receptionist who can float across day, evening and overnight shifts. As the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, you will ensure a welcoming and organized front‑desk experience in a senior‑living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, residents and families in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and manage sign‑in procedures.
• Sort, distribute and log incoming mail and deliveries.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to staff.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable.
• Communicate visitor information to relevant staff while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work any shift on a float schedule.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with multi‑line phone systems.
