Quality Professional – South America

About the role

The Quality Professional supports teams across South America to maintain high quality standards in projects and operations. You will ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and help reduce costs while fostering a strong quality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support workflow and continuous‑improvement initiatives across the region.
• Manage the PUMA Web productivity program, track targets and report results.
• Coordinate monthly KPI updates, BSC reporting and monitor action plans.
• Control non‑conformities, lead root‑cause analysis for BUOV, S&R and warranty topics.
• Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS) and implement improvement actions.
• Plan and support internal and external audit activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Knowledge of process digitalisation and automation (workflow, reporting, data integration).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally to standardise and simplify processes.
• Understanding of production operations such as machining, welding, heat treatment, assembly and NDT.
