Quality and Performance Junior Analyst

About the role

As a Quality and Performance Junior Analyst you will join Satellogic’s Product Assurance team, supporting the design, manufacturing and on‑orbit operation of Earth observation satellites. You will help standardise processes, monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across the engineering R&D area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining and maintaining process standards and metrics for satellite design and production.
• Analyse process data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the manufacturing change‑control management process, ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Frameworks and Tools team to embed process enhancements into the software environment.
• Interact with multiple departments, gathering requirements and balancing priorities to optimise resource use.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate performance insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a background in engineering, quality management or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with quantitative data.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on traceability and documentation.
