QA Trainer – Junior & Intern Training

About the role

Sandbox is looking for a QA Trainer to design and deliver training programs for junior and intern quality‑assurance staff. You will introduce newcomers to basic QA concepts, workflows, and the specific tools used across Sandbox’s Game Client and Game Maker products.

Key responsibilities

• Train junior and intern QA personnel with no prior QA experience on basic responsibilities, workflows, and principles.
• Provide a solid understanding of all Sandbox (TSB) products, especially the Game Client and Game Maker.
• Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and guides for testing processes.
• Prepare and onboard new external QA resources.
• Give feedback and coaching to QA team members based on performance.
• Develop and manage performance‑tracking reports.
• Analyze data to establish best practices that reduce errors and improve process efficiency.
• Recommend process improvements to management.
• Assist the team by answering questions and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA role.
• Prior experience training QA staff or teams.
• Comfortable working on Windows PCs.
• Fluent written English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• High accuracy and precision when creating documentation and test plans.
• Reliable team player with a proactive attitude.
• Passion for video games or the crypto/metaverse space is a plus.
