Python Developer – AI Trainer (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for experienced backend developers to join our AI training team as remote, part‑time consultants. You will create realistic software engineering tasks, evaluate peer submissions, and help improve the quality of AI‑generated code assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑file coding tasks covering bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing.
• Write clear natural‑language specifications and reference implementations for each task.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites to validate solutions.
• Review peer‑generated tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and edge‑case coverage.
• Provide structured feedback to ensure alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.

Required profile

• Advanced professional written proficiency in English.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with backend or full‑stack development in production systems.
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases.
• Familiarity with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
