About the role

Our client, a property management firm overseeing about 200 residential units, seeks an experienced remote professional to handle day‑to‑day property management tasks. The role includes fast training and a full‑time schedule (9 AM–5 PM EST).

Key responsibilities

Answer calls, emails, and address tenant questions and complaints.
Send late‑rent and delinquency notices and follow up on outstanding balances.
Manage lease renewals and related paperwork.
Update and maintain tenant records.
Coordinate with on‑site maintenance teams and vendors.
Perform day‑to‑day property‑management administrative tasks remotely.

Required profile

Direct, hands‑on experience in property management, especially residential leases.
Strong English communication (C2 level) and Spanish proficiency.
Ability to work independently during 9 AM–5 PM EST and manage a portfolio without constant supervision.

Required skills

Proficiency with AppFolio property‑management software.
Experience using Slack for team communication.
Competent use of email for tenant and vendor correspondence.
