Project Manager – Project Management Services (PMS)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management Services (PMS) team at PMI. The role will support global consumer projects, product launches and change initiatives across the organization, ensuring accurate reporting and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Produce robust, timely reports for Global Consumer Projects in line with EU Region MWBS and Europe Hub Trackers.
• Collect, consolidate and oversee detailed reporting on regional deployment of consumer programs, product launches, campaigns and BAU activities.
• Validate that all deliverables are tracked and results communicated clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance feedback to the Global team based on regional data and adoption rates.
• Collaborate closely with OC Development & Deployment and other cross‑functional teams to drive project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on project management experience leading medium‑to‑large scale projects or programs.
• Proven experience in project portfolio management (PMO) and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong organizational, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with advanced presentation skills.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies and certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile.
• Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge.
• Advanced PowerPoint for creating executive‑level presentations.
