Project Manager – Project Management Services (PMS)

About the role

PMI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Project Management Services (PMS) team. You will support global consumer projects, product launches and campaigns by delivering accurate reporting, documentation and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Produce robust, timely reports for Global Consumer Projects using Europe Hub Trackers.
• Collate and oversee detailed reports on regional deployment of consumer programs, product launches, campaigns and BAU activities.
• Ensure all deliverables are transparently tracked and results communicated to stakeholders.
• Provide regular feedback to the Global team based on regional performance data and adoption rates.
• Collaborate closely with OC Development & Deployment teams to drive project success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience leading medium‑to‑large scale projects or programs.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Agile).
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross‑team responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills in English.
• Advanced PowerPoint abilities and strong data‑analysis capability.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment.
