Project Manager

About the role

High Scale is seeking a Project Manager to lead creative and production projects for top fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. The role coordinates cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance video campaigns on tight schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff to delivery, defining timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate creative, media, production and strategy teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, hold teams accountable to deadlines while preserving creative quality.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Support account executives and production leads with client updates and feedback loops.
• Analyze workflows, implement tools and champion process improvements to increase speed and scalability.
• Track key performance indicators such as turnaround time and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of project management or production coordination experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Strong obsession with timelines, detail‑orientation and smooth execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, high‑pressure settings while keeping projects moving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday or Notion.
