Project Manager

About the role

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Project Manager to join its globally‑based PMO supporting the Executive Team. The role will coordinate high‑impact, executive‑level projects across finance, GTM, services, delivery optimization and other strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate executive‑level projects, working independently with senior leaders.
• Own and lead multiple projects end‑to‑end, prioritising tasks and managing timelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders in a hybrid, global environment.
• Deliver measurable outcomes and KPIs alongside a team of professional project managers.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international relations, engineering or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of progressive project/program management experience, preferably in technology.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office and project/process tools; AI‑tool experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder and change‑management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; additional language desirable (Japanese a plus).
• Governance and coordination experience supporting executive teams.
