Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale technology and engineering projects that drive innovation in the energy sector. The role is based in Argentina and involves overseeing projects across industrial operations, oil & gas, power and renewables.

Key responsibilities

• Define project vision, objectives, scope and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource strategies.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality execution.
• Control scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies and performance metrics.
• Facilitate quality assurance and adherence to best practices.
• Lead stakeholder consultations and maintain clear communication.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and executive updates.
• Ensure effective project close‑out, knowledge transfer and handover.
• Support presales activities by reviewing proposals, estimates and statements of work.
• Contribute to improvement of project management frameworks, tools and practices.
• Coach and mentor other project managers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing medium to complex technology or engineering projects.
• Background in industrial operations or sector‑focused technology solutions (oil & gas upstream/midstream/downstream, power, renewables).
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Forward‑thinking mindset with a focus on delivery excellence.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud projects (IaaS, SaaS, DaaS) – a plus.
• Advanced project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk/issue management.
