Project Manager II – Global Implementation

About the role

Strada is seeking a Project Manager II to lead global implementation projects for its people, payroll and technology solutions. You will own the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead multiple implementation projects across products such as Strada Pay, VPS and Workday, managing mid‑ to low‑population scopes.
• Develop, maintain and communicate detailed project plans, aligning stakeholders and team members on schedules, resources and priorities.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, identify variances in time, cost, scope or quality, and implement corrective actions.
• Document and manage high‑level risks, assumptions and constraints; create and track mitigation and issue‑resolution plans.
• Control changes to scope, schedule and budget, ensuring the project plan reflects authorized modifications.
• Interface with functional and business areas, including senior and executive leadership, providing regular status reports and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers and Team Leads to secure adequate resource allocation.
• Oversee project financials in partnership with the finance team, tracking estimates and actuals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end implementation projects in a global, multi‑product environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
