Project Manager – Digital Marketing (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a digital marketing agency, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead digital marketing projects, coordinate internal teams, and improve overall project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Manage and coordinate the internal team, enforcing processes and instructions.
• Utilize ClickUp and GoHighLevel (GHL) to streamline workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to align deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to established SOPs for consistent execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience working with ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and other PM/CRM tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO and Google Ads.
• Proficiency with AI tools relevant to marketing and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
• US market experience and fluent English (oral and written).
