About the role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for a fast‑growing agency. The role involves coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations. This is a fully remote position operating on EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Manage and coordinate internal teams, guaranteeing adherence to processes and SOPs.
• Utilize ClickUp and GoHighLevel (GHL) to streamline workflows and track progress.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
