Project Manager – Construction & Remodeling (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Project Manager to support the owner of a growing construction and remodeling company. This remote position is highly operational, ensuring projects move smoothly from start to finish while keeping all stakeholders aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the owner in managing multiple remodeling and construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate schedules, site visits, and communication among clients, contractors, designers, and vendors.
• Translate handwritten field notes into accurate digital documentation.
• Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and ensure action items are completed.
• Provide clients with updates, answer questions, and coordinate material selections.
• Maintain inventory records, document project requirements, and record expenses.
• Keep project pipelines current and organized.
• Research construction products, materials, and solutions as needed.
• Help the owner stay organized by tracking priorities and reminding of outstanding tasks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, or executive support roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues early.
• Comfortable working independently and driving projects forward.
• Own a reliable computer with high‑speed internet.
