Project Manager – Cloud Services

About the role

Caylent, a cloud‑native services firm specializing in AWS solutions, is looking for a Project Manager to join its Cloud Project Management (CPM) team. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end cloud projects while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budget aligned to SOW deliverables.
• Manage scope, negotiate discrepancies, and drive prioritization decisions with customers.
• Maintain project health through PSA reporting, status updates, sprint reviews, and risk/issue management.
• Facilitate backlog creation, define tickets, set acceptance criteria, and track progress via Jira.
• Build client trust through reliable delivery, proactive communication, and tough conversations.
• Deliver against client business outcomes and identify future opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to CPM initiatives and cross‑functional strategic efforts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client‑facing Project Manager role.
• 2+ years in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience managing projects over $500,000 with teams of 5 or more.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Proven ability to use multiple project‑management methodologies to optimize client experience.
