Project Manager – Client‑Facing A/B Testing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to act as the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You will drive high‑impact A/B testing programs, ensuring experiments move smoothly from concept to launch and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of 5–10 members across research, design, development, QA, analytics and client stakeholders.
• Maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicate the rationale, set expectations and present results in weekly client meetings.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, unblock blockers and keep projects on schedule.
• Provide clear, positive communication to keep clients and teammates focused and motivated.

Required profile

• Strong organizational habits, love for checklists, timelines and systematic work.
• Proactive communicator who over‑communicates status, risks and asks for help when needed.
• High agency learner, curious about technology, design and why experiments succeed or fail.
