Project Manager – A/B Testing & Client Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead client‑facing A/B testing initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, shape testing roadmaps and keep clients and internal stakeholders aligned and motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate teams of 5–10 members across research, design, development, QA, analytics and client stakeholders, ensuring experiments progress from idea to launch and analysis.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicate the rationale, set expectations and present results in weekly client meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear communication, positivity and momentum, and proactively flagging risks and unblocking issues.

Required profile

• Strong organizational habits, love for checklists, timelines and systematic work planning.
• Excellent communicator who over‑communicates, reaches out proactively and asks for help when needed.
• High‑agency learner who enjoys technology and design, quickly spots patterns and asks insightful questions.

Required skills

• Figma (for design collaboration)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for experiment tracking
