Project Coordinator – Global Project Engineering (LatAm)

About the role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support its Global Project Engineering initiatives across Latin America. You will work closely with engineering, operations and stakeholder teams to ensure technical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate complex technical projects from initiation through design, budgeting, build‑out, documentation and hand‑over.
• Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, procurement schedules and delivery lead times.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, organize meetings, prepare agendas and distribute clear action summaries.
• Collaborate with development, engineering and operations teams to resolve critical issues and drive project success.
• Provide status reports and presentations for management and executive leadership.
• Oversee project inventory, storage and disbursement, and support technical testing and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of project management experience, preferably in media or technology.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, proactive attitude and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑volume projects simultaneously.
