Project Coordinator / Business Analyst / Support Analyst

About the role

HRBaires is looking for a remote Project Coordinator / Business Analyst / Support Analyst to work with enterprise customers across Latin America. The role blends project coordination, business analysis, implementation support, and production support in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation projects, product enhancements, integrations and support initiatives.
• Gather and document customer requirements, business processes and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into user stories, development tasks, support tickets and acceptance criteria.
• Support onboarding, configuration, testing, rollout and adoption activities.
• Track timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables; organize meetings and follow‑up actions.
• Investigate and reproduce customer issues related to billing, reporting, workflows, integrations and data.
• Communicate issue status and resolution plans to customers.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, release validation and test case preparation.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, user guides and support procedures.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in project coordination, business analysis or support analysis.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS products or enterprise software platforms.
