Project Coordinator (Architecture)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary architectural teams, work directly with international clients, and ensure the successful delivery of projects across the US, Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams throughout all project phases.
• Manage day‑to‑day communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met.
• Track project progress, priorities and deliverables, updating schedules as needed.
• Resolve technical and coordination challenges to keep projects on track.
• Maintain quality and consistency across all design and construction documents.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Advanced level of English for client‑facing interactions.
• Proven experience coordinating teams and architectural projects.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
