Product/Project Manager – AI Agent Team

About the role

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Product/Project Manager to lead an internal AI agent capability for a data‑driven loan system. You will own the delivery roadmap, run the agile process for a cross‑functional team, and ensure the proof‑of‑concept stays aligned with acceptance criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Own the agent team delivery plan, roadmap milestones and executive reporting.
• Run Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives.
• Manage vendor engagements end‑to‑end, including SOW scoping, milestone tracking and deliverable acceptance.
• Define and enforce the Definition of Done for moving agent workflows from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Coordinate model, tooling and platform decisions across engineering, data science and business owners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project, product or technical program management delivering software.
• Hands‑on understanding of large language models (LLM) and agentic systems.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, surface risks early and communicate concise executive status.
• Strong agile facilitation skills with mixed technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience managing vendor delivery, SOWs and milestone‑based engagements.

Required skills

• LLM and agentic systems knowledge (prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks).
• Orchestration tooling such as n8n, LangGraph, Anthropic or OpenAI SDKs.
• Agile Scrum methodology.
• Vendor management and SOW handling.
• SQL, Snowflake, AWS (nice‑to‑have).
