Product & Technical Program Manager

About the role

Fligoo designs and implements artificial intelligence and software solutions for large organizations, combining proprietary AI products focused on predictive analytics and behavior modeling with AI and software development services. This full-time position in Córdoba combines Product Management and Technical Program Management, translating client needs into concrete solutions and coordinating their implementation with technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives, coordinating priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Work with Engineering to turn client and business needs into clear requirements.
• Take part in Engineering and Product meetings and track progress, risks and blockers.
• Maintain direct client communication to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Coordinate priorities with the Commercial team and external integrations.
• Manage tickets and requirements, and take part in product demos when needed.
• Analyze clinical study protocols and requirements and translate them into functional criteria.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Program Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support or similar roles.
• Experience with SaaS products and close collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Experience in roles involving direct client interaction.
• Experience in HealthTech / Healthcare is a plus; experience delivering product demos or presentations is desirable.

Required skills

• Knowledge of technology products and AI-powered solutions.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and assess implementation possibilities without coding.
• Experience coordinating third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with project and ticket management tools.
• Advanced English.
