Product Solution Lead LATAM

About the role

Syngenta is looking for a Product Solution Lead for LATAM, based in Buenos Aires, to help shape the digital products that enable its commercial teams to serve customers and growers more effectively. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology and user experience, leading the functional journey from discovery through adoption. It initially supports priorities in Argentina and Uruguay and contributes to initiatives across Latin America, covering commercial platforms such as Salesforce, CP Core, data and automation solutions and emerging AI-enabled experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing and other commercial stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points and opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations and workshops, turning insights into problem statements, functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assess global product capabilities against regional needs and recommend pragmatic adaptations.
• Help define product vision, roadmaps and adoption plans, and maintain the regional backlog with the Regional Product Manager.
• Design end-to-end functional solutions across Salesforce and other commercial platforms, including data, workflows, user journeys, access controls and integrations.
• Produce solution documentation such as process flows, functional designs and configuration guidance.
• Work with architects, technical leads, developers and product designers, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Support the evaluation of integrations with systems such as Salesforce, SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, support deployment readiness, training and post-go-live stabilization, and monitor user feedback.
• Contribute to experimentation and automation initiatives, and represent the voice of regional users in delivery squads.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, solution design, product delivery or a related IT role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements in a business analysis, functional consulting or solution design capacity.
• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into user stories and requirements, and supporting delivery through UAT and go-live.
• Familiarity with commercial processes such as Sales, Marketing, Pricing or CRM is strongly valued; experience in agriculture is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Spanish is highly valued.

Required skills

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, backlog management and iterative delivery.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, data flows, automation or cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP commercial processes, CP Core, data platforms, AI-enabled tools or workflow automation is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst or similar) and Product Owner certifications are a plus.
