Product Owner - EY Global Delivery Services

About the role

EY Enterprise Technology's Digital Experience group is implementing EY-specific products on the EYDxP platform, powered by the Adobe CX stack (Workfront, AEM, AEP, Target, Analytics, AJO). As a Product Owner in the Digital Experience Product Team, you will work in an agile setting, support products aligned to EY Global platforms and work closely with the business to understand requirements for development. You will own and manage the Azure DevOps backlog.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the service areas and their business objectives, and represent them when interfacing with project team members.
• Capture the business context (problem, current and desired state, objectives, needs and user groups) and develop business, user and technical requirements, with traceability to the business vision.
• Manage requirements through the project lifecycle, keeping agreements with the customer and ensuring they are clear, unambiguous and testable.
• Communicate with users, IT and testing teams, and facilitate requirement meetings (20+ people) to define scope and requirements.
• Write and review requirements as Use Cases and similar structured documents, and ensure change control and change management procedures are followed.
• Define how requirements are gathered (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation) and work with the project manager and customers to define stakeholder requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years in a large corporate IT environment, with 5+ years as a business analyst across IT disciplines; InfoSec, infrastructure deployment, application development, large RFPs and proofs of concept are mentioned.
• Experience in a professional services industry or global teams preferred; flexibility to work outside typical hours and to travel on a very limited basis.

Required skills

• Fluent English communication, adapted to executives, sponsors, management and project teams.
• Extensive experience writing and reviewing business, user and non-functional requirements, and using elicitation techniques such as workshops, interviews, prototypes, surveys and process re-engineering.
• Knowledge of requirements models (Use Cases, data model, class model, decision tables, process maps, activity diagrams, business rules).
• Strong working knowledge of Identity and Access Management; SAFe Agile certification required.
• Desirable: CBAP, ITIL v2/v3, AEM certification, Enterprise Search implementation experience, and familiarity with IIBA (BABOK) standards.
