Product Manager – Professional Services

About the role

Caylent is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its Professional Services team. You will own the product lifecycle for cloud‑native services, translating customer needs into clear roadmaps and working closely with UI/UX and engineering teams to deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and facilitate journey‑design workshops to capture customer pain points and goals.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Partner with UX designers to ensure product concepts meet user expectations.
• Prioritize and groom the engineering backlog, coordinating delivery with cross‑functional teams.
• Track and report on KPIs such as utilization, pipeline influence, and CSAT scores.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in application development or engineering services.
• Proven ability to lead product experiments, launches, and roadmap planning.
• Strong communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, remote, startup‑like environment.
