Product DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Product DevOps Engineer to join a leading investor‑relations software provider. You will drive the infrastructure‑as‑code initiative, bridging development and operations to accelerate delivery while maintaining high reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful code deployments and continuously improve deployment quality and velocity.
• Maintain observability of released products and provide reliable infrastructure to development teams.
• Document infrastructure, prioritize technical debt, and enforce incident‑response standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers on emerging technologies and process improvements.
• Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Support critical cloud‑native microservices applications and implement automation, monitoring, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Establish DevOps best practices and create tools that empower developers to manage production infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven experience maintaining highly available, fault‑tolerant systems at scale.
• Background in product development environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and self‑starter attitude.
• Excellent verbal and documentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in an agile, fast‑shipping environment.

• AWS services (IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, ALB, Autoscaling, Lambda)
• Scripting languages: Bash, Python, Ruby, Linux shell
• Protocols/technologies: HTTP, SSL/TLS, LDAP, SQL, HTML, XML
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools and practices
• Version control systems (e.g., Git)
