Product Delivery Senior Manager

About the role

This senior position leads delivery excellence across a portfolio of client engagements in Argentina, aligning with regional goals set by the Delivery Director. You will be accountable for risk mitigation, operational health, and driving strategic outcomes for high‑impact software projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive‑level leadership, mentorship and coaching to a team of managers and their functional squads (engineers, designers, product and test professionals).
• Define, track and report high‑level delivery and business value metrics that cascade from the regional strategy.
• Oversee delivery work, identify risks, improve practices and strengthen client trust.
• Facilitate clear communication and problem‑solving across all stages of client engagements.
• Contribute to broader business initiatives such as interview panels, training programs and delivery playbook enhancements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years managing other managers.
• Strong knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with data, analysis and visualization tools.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi‑disciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Design and review of complex architectures (Microservices, Serverless, Event‑Driven).
• Expertise in at least one modern stack: Node.js/TypeScript, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring.
• Cloud‑native platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• DevOps practices: CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), Kubernetes, Docker.
• Database systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Code quality, observability, testing standards.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to the SDLC.
