Product Controller – Lead VP

About the role

The Product Controller – Lead VP will support financial controllers and trading desks to ensure accurate P&L, balance sheet, and month‑end close processes. This senior position partners with business heads to deliver robust financial analysis and drive control improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, prepare, and report daily P&L and risk metrics.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance leadership.
• Partner with the business to design and implement strong controls and new initiatives.
• Coordinate with front‑ and back‑office teams to resolve control and reporting issues promptly.
• Act as an analytical and project support resource for product control.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests and manage projects related to product control and cross‑business programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product control, financial control, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of financial products; prior P&L or risk experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on control.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
